Halleluyah….My name is Charles.
I am a believer in Yashuah Ha Mashiach (Jesus Christ) and I truly believe that faith and fitness go hand in hand. We are created by the Creator, who fearfully and wonderfully made us, yet we neglect to allow our Creator in the areas of health as it pertains to the body. We have been taught to say a prayer before we eat which in deed is biblical, yet have we ever prayed before we cooked? What about before going to Wal-Mart, Aldi’s, WinCo, Mc Donalds? Since we are blessed to house the Holy Spirit, shouldn’t we consult with him about what we put in this temple as well? These questions came about after I was introduced to eternity, prior to it I didn’t take my body into consider at all.
I am married to a wonderful and dedicated woman who has given me six (6) intelligent and handsome sons which I am extremely grateful for. My journey for health started as it does for most when I went to the doctor’s office to have surgery. Post-surgery I found out two (2) terrifying things. I had 156 staples would become a part of my physical appearance and I was paralyzed. As shocking as this was, nothing was more infuriating and hurtful than overhearing the doctor brag to the nurses about how good of a cut it was. Fast forward I went on to not only was again, I ran track, became a martial artist and even started to get into body building because I choose not to believe the report of the doctor.
I began to study the biology, herbology, and other original modality that would complement the body and aid in bringing it back into harmony and balance. I received my Master herbalist certificate under Tim Williamson who carries over 40 years of experience in the medical field, over 22 years of experience in Oriental Medicine and has worn many hats. He currently is the founder and owner of Natural health and Wellness Center in Sands Springs, ok.
I also became a certified health coach through Trinity School of Natural Health who was founded by Dr. Wendell Whitman who was a ,”tireless advocate for health freedom and a pioneer in the field of natural health.” Trinity believes, “that man is made in the image of God, and we are instilled with the innate ability to obtain health when the body, mind, and spirit are equally nurtured.” As a Health Coach I evaluate client needs and make safe, effective lifestyle recommendations, functionalize optimized human body systems through lifestyle changes and support natural health practices including pH balancing, Bach Flowers, physical observations, and Iridology.
Lastly I became a Certified Holistic Nutritional Counselor with the Dr. Afrika Method. As a Holistic Nutritional Counselor, I have cultivated a deep understanding of how the body reveals its state of health, allowing me to assess and guide individuals on their path to wellness. I have learned to look at the body holistically, acknowledging that it has the innate ability to heal itself. Through extensive training in Dr. Llaila Afrika’s method, I can now interpret the psychology of the person I am working with, enabling me to communicate in ways that resonate with their learning styles and personality types. This is key to ensuring they truly understand what it takes for them to heal.
I have also mastered techniques in reading and interpreting the pH of urine and saliva, which offer insights into the body’s internal condition. In addition to blood pressure analysis, I now have the skills to pinpoint which organs may be affected. My studies in physiology and digestion have equipped me to perform thorough body assessments by examining the face, tongue, hands, hair, and other physical indicators to determine the root causes of health imbalances.
With this knowledge, I can confidently suggest tailored herbal remedies and nutritional strategies to bring the body back into balance. This personalized approach not only addresses physical symptoms but also empowers individuals to take charge of their own healing journey.
